All of the turf at Poplar Nurseries has been grown locally and produced using a soil substrate and not peat, which makes sure it establishes quicker when laid and is more resilient. Each turf covers approximately 1 metre square, but if you are unsure of how much turf you require then our team will be happy to calculate it for you. Simply call our team and provide us with your proposed lawn dimensions or pop into our nursery in Marks Tey, and we’ll work it out for you while you wait. Our turf rolls are 5.4ft (1.54m) long and 2ft (0.6m) wide and covers approximately 1 square metre.
